Conventional lines
The configuration of this line composed of Internal mixer, mill and batch off requires a continuous presence of at least one operator. Furthermore, this line is not always capable to produce the compound in a single phase, in most cases a double step is required.
This mixing solution is less and less used due to the non-uniformity of the batches, the safety for the operator, the environmental and the high production cost
New lines
The configuration of this line includes an intermixer, a CTM Conical twin Mixer (patented), a CTE Conical Twin extruder with calender or with a GP gear pump when straining is required.
It is a fully automated line that always works in a single phase. With this line is guaranteed a costant repeatable quality for all tha batches with an exclusive automatic control of all the working parameters
